The circle of hostile regimes around Israel began to collapse on 11 Shvat!

And here it is appropriate to recall that the current era of violent wars and conflicts within the Arab world broke out precisely on 11 Shvat 5771 (2011) — exactly 60 years after the Lubavitcher Rebbe SHLITA King Moshiach led the Chassidic movement.

The Jordanian army launched an attack on Syrian territory. Generally speaking, this is not the first time this has happened, but nevertheless, it is certainly more than remarkable. For a long time Jordan has been trying to stop the huge flow of drug smuggling coming into the country from Syria. Note that at least some of these drugs are produced by gangs associated with Hezbollah. As we know, Hezbollah is involved in the production and distribution of narcotic substances at the international level, as it is one of its major sources of income.

Recently, in addition to drug smuggling, there has also been added smuggling of weapons. Apparently, the Jordanian authorities decided to respond and launched military strikes on Syrian territory. As a result of these attacks, about a dozen people were killed.

Of course, the Syrian army, weakened and fragmented by years of civil war, is no obstacle to such attacks.

And here it is appropriate to recall that the current era of violent wars and conflicts within the Arab world broke out precisely on 11 Shvat 5771 (2011) — exactly 60 years after the Lubavitcher Rebbe SHLITA King Moshiach led the Chassidic movement.

This violence, which has overwhelmed the Arab world hostile to Israel (and hypocritically labeled the Arab Spring by the world media), began on the night of 11 Shvat — 13 years ago. Back then, riots broke out in Tunisia, causing local dictator Ben Ali to flee the country. After that, slightly later — on the 7th of Adar — there was a coup in Egypt, after which the Mubarak regime fell. Then came the demonstrations in Syria, which in a few months turned into a brutal civil war that led to the collapse of the Syrian statehood and, in particular, its army.

Finally, on Simchat Torah 5772 (2012), the regime of the brutal Libyan dictator Gaddafi fell. In the following years, a civil war broke out in Yemen, a military coup replaced the sinister Sudanese regime (the new regime, as you may recall, signed a peace treaty with Israel as part of the Abraham Accords), there were significant changes in Algeria, and Egypt, after a counter-coup by General Al-Sisi, finally became entangled in civil war.

All of this, I repeat, began on 11 Shvat — a day that is celebrated in Chabad centers in every corner of Israel and around the world.
